Carpets
Hot water extraction, not a bonnet mop. Most rooms are dry enough to walk on in a couple of hours.
Regular housework
Weekly or fortnightly, charged per cleaner per hour. Same person kept on your house.

These are our standard prices, not a teaser rate. A one bedroom flat is £207 for a full end of tenancy clean. Carpets and ovens are priced separately, because not everyone needs them.

Regular housework is £22 per cleaner per hour weekly, or £24 fortnightly. A one off deep clean is a team job: from £186 (two cleaners, three hours, plus £30 for kit and materials). Minimum charge on one off work is £67.
Working in West Ealing
W13 is more compact and more mixed than the W5 core: rows of Victorian and Edwardian terraces, a heavy proportion converted into flats and bedsits, plus 1930s semis on the Drayton Green and Cleveland Park side. Ground-floor conversions frequently keep original tiled hallways and suspended timber floors, while the upper flats have been re-carpeted repeatedly. There is also a steady flow of new-build infill above the shops on the Uxbridge Road.
Zone H covers much of West Ealing and runs Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm, so a full-day domestic clean needs a permit or a paid bay rather than a quick unload.
Neighbouring Zone HH operates only 9am to 10am and 3pm to 4pm on weekdays, and the two zones sit close enough that crews get caught out by the difference.
Converted flats here often share a single front door and a communal hallway that nobody has responsibility for, which is a frequent add-on request on regular domestic bookings.
Water here is hard, so limescale on taps, screens and kettles takes longer than people expect.
